Enrollment & Eligibility
Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Juthoor.
Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information.

Fees & Payments

Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Parent Responsibilities
Parents, guardians agree to:
Provide accurate child and emergency information
Inform us of any medical conditions or special needs
Follow all center policies and guidelines
Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up
Health & Safety
Children must meet health and vaccination requirements (as applicable).
Sick children may not be permitted to attend.
In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact parents but may act in the child’s best interest if unreachable.
Code of Conduct
All users (parents, guardians, visitors) must:
Behave respectfully toward staff and other families
Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Comply with all center rules
Failure to comply may result in termination of services.
